An analysis published by National Election Watch (NEW), a collective of more than 1,200 NGOs and citizen-led organisations, shows the rot going deeper than before.
NEW's report says 153 out of 355 candidates analysed (i.e. about 43 per cent) have criminal cases pending against them, as declared by them under oath.

54% of congress candidates are having pending criminal cases.
45% of CPI[M] candidates are having pending criminal cases.
67% of CMP candidates are having pending criminal cases.
43% Muslim League candidates are having pending criminal cases.

All major parties have given tickets to candidates accused of extortion, murder, and such other culpable offences.

പടരുന്ന വിപ്ലവത്തിന്‍റെ ജീന്‍

തുനീഷ്യയിലെ ജാസ്മിന്‍വിപ്ലവം ഒരു ആത്മഹത്യയില്‍ നിന്നുണ്ടായതാണെങ്കില്‍ , ഈജിപ്ത് വിപ്ലവം അങ്ങനെ ഒന്നല്ല. കൃത്യമായ ആസൂത്രണവും ദിശാബോധവുമുളള ഒരു മുന്നേറ്റമായിരുന്നു അത്. ഇതുമായി ബന്ധപെട്ടു നമ്മള്‍ ഒരുപാട് പേരുകള്‍ പല മാധ്യമങ്ങളിലൂടെയും വായിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിലും 'ജീന്‍ ഷാര്‍പിന്‍റെ' "From Dictatorship to Democracy" യെന്ന ബുക്ക്‌ എവിടെയും പരാമര്‍ശിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.

ഇരുപത്തിഒന്നാം നൂറ്റാണ്ടിന്‍റെ തുടക്കത്തില്‍ Eastern Europe - ലെ രാജ്യങ്ങളില്‍ ആഞ്ഞുവീശിയ വിപ്ലവം(Colour Revolution) തികച്ചും സമാനമായ ഒന്നായിരുന്നു. അതില്‍ ഷാര്‍പിന്‍റെ കൃതി വഹിച്ച പങ്ക് വളരെ വലുതാണെങ്കിലും ലോകജനത ഷാര്‍പിനെ വല്ലാതെ ഒന്നും അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല. 2009 -തിലെ സമാധാനത്തിനുള്ള നോബല്‍ സമ്മാനത്തിനു ‌നോമിനേഷന്‍ കിട്ടിയതും ഷാര്‍പിനേയും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്‍റെ കൃതിയെയും വല്ലാതെ ഒന്നും പ്രശസ്തമാക്കിയില്ല.

അനുസരിക്കാനുള്ള ജനങ്ങളുടെ സന്നദ്ധതയാണ് ഏതൊരു എകാധിപതിയുടെയും ശക്തി എന്ന് ഷാര്‍പ്പ് വാദിക്കുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ അനുസരിക്കാതിരിക്കാന്‍ ജനങ്ങള്‍ മാര്‍ഗങ്ങള്‍ വികസിപ്പിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ഏകാധിപത്യം വിഴും. ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള ഹിംസാരഹിതമായ 198 ആയുധങ്ങളാണ് ഷാര്‍പിന്‍റെ കൃതിയില്‍ , സാങ്കല്‍പ്പിക ശവസംസ്കാരം മുതല്‍ നിറം ഉപയോഗിച്ചുള്ള പല സമരരീതികളും ഷാര്‍പ് പരിചയപെടുത്തുന്നു. ഓരോ രീതികളും പട്ടാളത്തിന്‍റെ ഓരോ ആയുധങ്ങള്‍ക്കും സമാനമായി ഡിസൈന്‍ ചെയ്തവയാണ്. ചരിത്രത്തില്‍ ഉടനീളമുള്ള എകാധിപന്‍മാര്‍ നേരിടേണ്ടി വന്ന പ്രതിരോധങ്ങളെ നന്നായി പഠിച്ചാണ് ഷാര്‍പ് ഓരോ ടെക്നിക്കും വികസിപ്പിച്ചത്.

"ഈ ഹിംസാരഹിതമായ ആയുധങ്ങള്‍ വളരെ പ്രധാനമാണ്, കാരണം അതു ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അക്രമത്തിന് പകരം മറ്റൊരു മാര്‍ഗ്ഗം നല്കുന്നു." ഷാര്‍പ് പറയുന്നു. "ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഈ വഴികള്‍ ഇല്ലെങ്കില്‍ , അവര്‍ അവരുടെ ശക്തി കാണാതെ പോയാല്‍ , അവര്‍ അക്രമത്തിലേക്കും യുദ്ധങ്ങളിലേക്കും മടങ്ങും"

2009 -തില്‍ ഇറാനില്‍ നടന ഗ്രീന്‍ അപറൈസിങ്ങിലും, ഏറ്റവും ഒടുവില്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ നടന്ന ഈജിപ്ത്ത് വിപ്ലവത്തിലും ഷാര്‍പിന്‍റെ കൃതിയിലെ വരികള്‍ നമുക്ക് വായിച്ചെടുക്കുവാന്‍ കഴിയും. ഇറാനില്‍ ഷാര്‍പിന്‍റെ 198 ആയുധങ്ങളില്‍ 100 എണ്ണവും ഉപയോഗിച്ചതായി റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടുകള്‍ പറയുന്നു. ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു പ്രത്യേക എകാധിപതിയുടെ ഭരണത്തെയോ, ഒരു നാടിനെയോ ലക്ഷ്യം വെക്കാതെ എഴുതപ്പെട്ടതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ, ലോകം മുഴുവനുള്ള വിപ്ലവ മുന്നേറ്റങ്ങളും ഈ കൃതിയില്‍ നിന്നും ഹിംസരഹിതമായ വിപ്ലവങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ജന്മം നല്‍കി. തായ്‌ലന്‍റിലെയും ഇന്തോനേഷ്യയിലെയും പട്ടാള ഭരണകൂടങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് എതിരായുള്ള പ്രക്ഷോഭങ്ങളിലും ഷാര്‍പിന്‍റെ വരികള്‍ ചലനങ്ങള്‍ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു. പലപ്പോഴും ഷാര്‍പ് CIA ചാരനായി ആരോപിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. ഇറാനും വെനിസ്വേലയും ഷാര്‍പ്, രാജ്യ സുരക്ഷക്ക്‌ ഭീഷണിയാണെന്ന് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.

ലോകം കണ്ടതില്‍ ഏറ്റവും അച്ചടക്കമുള്ളതും സമാധാനപരവുമായ ഈജിപ്ത് വിപ്ലവത്തിന്‍റെ കേന്ദ്രബിന്ദു ആയിരുന്ന തഹരീര്‍ സ്ക്വയറില്‍ ഷാര്‍പ്പിന്‍റെ കൃതിയുടെ അറബിക് പതിപ്പ്‌ വ്യാപകമായി വിതരണം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടു. ഏകാധിപത്യ ഭരണകൂടത്തിന്‍റെ നട്ടെല്ല് എന്താണെന്ന് തിരിച്ചറിയുകയും അതുമായി നല്ല ഒരു ബന്ധം സ്ഥാപിക്കുകയും ചെയ്‌താല്‍ ഭരണകൂടത്തിന്‍റെ പതനം എളുപ്പമാകും എന്ന്‍ ഷാര്‍പ് സമര്‍ത്ഥിക്കുന്നു. ഷാര്‍പിന്‍റെ വാദം ഈജിപ്തില്‍ സത്യമായി പുലരുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഹുസ്നി മുബാറക്കിന്‍റെ പട്ടാളവുമായി ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്കുളള സൌഹൃദം കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ എളുപ്പമാക്കി.

യുവത്വത്തിന്‍റെ പോരാട്ടം; പുതിയ മാധ്യമങ്ങളുടേതും

പുതിയ തലമുറ ഒട്ടും ‘പോളിറ്റിക്കലല്ല’ എന്ന ആരോപണം മുതിര്‍ന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ഇനി അത്ര എളുപ്പത്തില്‍ ഉന്നയിക്കാനാവില്ല. തുനീഷ്യയില്‍ നിന്ന് തുടങ്ങി ഈജിപ്തിലൂടെ പടരുന്ന, എകാധിപത്യത്തിനെതിരായ ജനകീയ പ്രക്ഷോഭങ്ങളുടെ രൂപവും ശൈലിയും പുതിയ തലമുറയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ആശങ്കകള്‍ അസ്ഥാനാനെന്നു അടിവരയിടുന്നു. തങ്ങള്‍ ജീവിക്കുന്ന‘അയഥാര്‍ത്ഥ ലോക’ത്തിന്‍റെ സാധ്യതകളെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനത്തിന്‍റെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളാക്കി മാറ്റി, ഈ തലമുറ ഭൂമിയില്‍ നിലനില്‍ക്കാനുള്ള തങ്ങളുടെ കഴിവും അര്‍ഹതയും തെളിയിക്കുമ്പോള്‍, ഈജിപ്ത്യന്‍ വിപ്ലവത്തിന് ‘യൂത്ത്‌ റിവോള്‍ട്ട്’ എന്ന് കൂടി പേര് വീഴുകയാണ്.

വിവര സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യ ഒരുക്കുന്ന കെണികളില്‍ കുരുങ്ങി പൊലിഞ്ഞ് തീരുന്നവര്‍ എന്നാണ് മുതിര്‍ന്നവര്‍ സഹതാപം കലര്‍ന്ന ഭാഷയില്‍ ഏറ്റവും ഇളം തലമുറയെ വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. ആ ഇളം തലമുറയാണ് ഉജ്ജ്വലമായ ഒരു പ്രക്ഷോഭത്തെ തങ്ങളുടെ ലോകത്തിലെ സങ്കേതങ്ങളുപയോഗിച്ച് നിര്‍മ്മിക്കുകയും വികസിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നത്.

വിവര സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യയുടെ സാധ്യതകളെ സാംസ്കാരികമായും രാഷ്ട്രീയപരമായും പ്രോയോജനപ്പെടുത്താന്‍ നിരവധി വഴികലുന്ടെന്ന് അഭിപ്രായപ്പെടുന്ന ധാരാളം ആളുകള്‍ ലോകത്തുണ്ട്. എന്നാല്‍ അവരെയൊക്കെ അമ്പരപ്പിക്കുംവിധമാണ് സോഷ്യല്‍ നെറ്റ്‌വര്‍ക്കുകളും പുതിയ കമ്മ്യൂണിക്കേഷന്‍ ഉപാധികളും ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ പ്രക്ഷോഭത്തില്‍ ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്തപ്പെട്ടത്‌. ഒരു പക്ഷെ, മദ്ധ്യേഷ്യയിലെയും ഉത്തരാഫ്രിക്കയിലെയും രാഷ്ട്രീയഭൂപടം തന്നെ മാറ്റിവരച്ചേക്കാവുന്ന ഈ പ്രക്ഷോഭത്തില്‍ വിവര സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യ തന്നെയാണ് താരം.

1980 മുതല്‍ ഈജിപ്ത് അടക്കി ഭരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഹുസ്നി മുബാറക്കിനോടുള്ള പ്രതിഷേധമാണ് വിപ്ലവത്തിന് കാരണമാവുന്നത്. ഇതിനിടയില്‍ നിരവധി തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകള്‍ നടന്നെങ്കിലും വ്യാപകമായ കൃത്രിമം കാണിച്ച് മുബാറക്ക് തന്‍റെ അധികാരം നിലനിര്‍ത്തുകയായിരുന്നു. അഴിമതിയിലും തോഴിലില്ലായ്മയിലും ദാരിദ്ര്യത്തിലും ആണ്ട് പോയ ഈജിപ്ഷ്യന്‍ ജനത മുബാറക്കിന്‍റെ ഏകാധിപത്യ ഭരണത്തില്‍ ഏറെ അസ്വസ്ഥരായിരുന്നു. ഇതിനിടയില്‍ ദേശീയ പോലീസ്‌ ദിനമായ ജനുവരി 25-ന് പ്രതിഷേധ ദിനമായി ആചരിക്കാന്‍ ‘ഏപ്രില്‍ 6 യൂത്ത്‌ മൂവ്മെന്‍റ്’ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്യുന്നതോടെയാണ് വിപ്ലവം ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത്.

2008 ഏപ്രില്‍ 6 -ന് ഒരു സമരം സംഘടിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ച അല്‍മഹല്ല അല്‍-കുബ്ര എന്ന വ്യവസായ നഗരത്തിലെ തൊഴിലാളികളെ പിന്‍തുണക്കുന്നതിനായി രണ്ട് യുവാക്കള്‍ മുന്‍കൈയെടുത്ത് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ഫയ്സ്ബുക്ക്‌ ഗ്രൂപ്പാണ് ‘ഏപ്രില്‍ 6 യൂത്ത്‌ മൂവ്മെന്‍റ്’. സംഘടനാ സ്വഭാവമോ ഓഫീസോ നേതൃത്വമോ ഇല്ലാത്ത ഈ ‘അയഥാര്‍ത്ഥ സംഘടന’ക്ക് യുവാക്കള്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ വലിയ സ്വീകാര്യതയാണുള്ളത്. ഏറ്റവും ചലനാത്മകമായ സംവാദങ്ങള്‍ (Dynamic Debates) നടക്കുന്ന ഈ ഗ്രൂപ്പിനെ ‘പോളിറ്റിക്കള്‍ ഫെയ്സ്ബുക്ക്‌ ഗ്രൂപ്പ്‌’ എന്നാണു ദ ന്യൂയോര്‍ക്ക് ടൈംസ് വിലയിരുത്തിയത്. 2009ജനുവരിയില്‍ തന്നെ ഏപ്രില്‍ 6 യൂത്ത്‌ മൂവ്മെന്‍റ് മെമ്പര്‍മാരായി 70,000-ലധികം വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികള്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഇവരില്‍ മഹാഭൂരിഭാഗവും മുന്‍പ്‌ യാതൊരു സ്വഭാവത്തിലുമുള്ള രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളില്‍ ഏര്‍പ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളവരായിരുന്നില്ല എന്നാണു രാഷ്ട്രീയ നിരീക്ഷകര്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നത്. ഈ ഗ്രൂപ്പിന്‍റെ പ്രധാന അജണ്ട സ്വതന്ത്രമായ ആശയ വിനിമയത്തിനുള്ള സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തിനുവേണ്ടിയും ഗവണമേന്ടിന്‍റെ പക്ഷപാതപരമായ പ്രവര്‍തനങ്ങള്‍ക്കെതിരെയും സംസാരിക്കുക എന്നതായിരുന്നു. രാഷ്ട്രത്തിന്‍റെ സാമ്പത്തിക അസ്ഥിരതയും അവര്‍ മുഖ്യചര്‍ച്ചാ വിഷയമാക്കി. ഫേസ്‌ബുക്കിലുള്ള അവരുടെ ചര്‍ച്ചാവേദി തീ പാറുന്ന വാഗ്വാദങ്ങളാല്‍ സജീവമാണ്..

ഏപ്രില്‍ 6 യൂത്ത്‌ മൂവ്മെന്‍റ് ആഹ്വാനത്തെതുടര്‍ന്നു ജനുവരി 25–ന് ഈജിപ്തിന്‍റെ വ്യത്യസ്ത ഭാഗങ്ങളില്‍ പതിനായിരങ്ങള്‍ ഒരുമിച്ചുകൂടി. ക്രമേണ നാട്ടിലെ സാധാരണക്കാരും ഈ റാലികളില്‍ പങ്കുചേരാന്‍ എത്തിയപ്പോള്‍ ഈജിപ്ത് കണ്ട ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ജനാധിപത്യ-രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രക്ഷോഭത്തിന് തുടക്കം കുറിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ട്വിറ്ററിലൂടെയും ഫേസ്‌ബുക്കിലൂടെയും ഈ മുന്നേറ്റത്തിന്‍റെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ അറിയുവാന്‍ സമരത്തില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കാനായി തെരുവിലിറങ്ങുന്നതാണ് ഇപ്പോള്‍ സംഭവിക്കുന്നത്.

ഈ പ്രക്ഷോഭത്തെ അടിച്ചമര്‍ത്താന്‍ ഈജിപ്ത് ഗവണ്‍മെന്‍റ് തുടക്കം മുതലേ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ദ്രിശ്യ-ശ്രാവ്യ മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങളെര്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയും കമ്മ്യൂണിക്കേഷന്‍ ഉപാധികളെ നിരോധിച്ചുമാണ് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഇതിനു ശ്രമിച്ചത്‌. അമേരിക്കയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ ഇറാഖിലും അഫ്ഘാനിസ്ഥാനിലുമടക്കം മധ്യേഷ്യന്‍ രാഷ്ട്രങ്ങളില്‍ നടക്കുന്ന ജനാധിപത്യവിരുദ്ധമായ അധിനിവേശങ്ങളെ തുറന്നു കാണിച്ച അല്‍ജസീറയുടെ സംപ്രേക്ഷണം ഈജിപ്ത് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ റദ്ദ്‌ ചെയ്യുകയുണ്ടായി. ഈജിപ്തിന്‍റെ വാര്‍ത്താവിനിമയ ഉപഗ്രഹമായ നെയില്‍സാറ്റില്‍ അല്‍ജസീറക്ക് അനുവദിച്ച ഫ്രീക്വന്‍സി ഇല്ലാതാക്കിക്കൊണ്ടായിരുന്നു ഇത്. പക്ഷെ, ഈ സംഭവത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് വ്യത്യസ്ത രാഷ്ട്രങ്ങളില്‍നിന്നുള്ള പത്തോളം ചാനലുകള്‍ തങ്ങളുടെ സംപ്രേക്ഷണം നിര്‍ത്തിവെച്ച് തങ്ങളുടെ ഫ്രീക്വന്‍സികള്‍ അല്‍ജസീറക്ക് കൈമാറുകയുണ്ടായി. ഈ സൌകര്യമുപയോഗിച്ചുകൊണ്ടാണ് അല്‍ജസീറ ഇപ്പോള്‍ സംപ്രേക്ഷണം ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. അല്‍ജസീറക്ക് സൌകര്യമൊരുക്കിയ ലബനാന്‍ ചാനല്‍ ‘അല്‍ജദീദ’ ഇപ്പോള്‍ ഈജിപ്ഷ്യന്‍ ഗവണ്മെന്റിന്റെ ഭീഷണി നേരിടുകയാണ്.

കാലിഫോര്‍ണിയ യൂനിവേര്‍സിറ്റിയിലെ ബിരുദവിദ്യാര്‍ഥിയായ ജോണ്‍ സ്കോട്ടിന്‍റെ അനുഭവം ഏറെ കൌതുകകരമാണ്. ജോണ്‍ സ്കോട്ട് റെയിടണ് ധാരാളം ഈജിപ്ഷ്യന്‍ സുഹൃത്തുക്കളുള്ള ഒരു യുവാവാണ്. നിരവധി തവണ ഈജിപ്ത് സന്ദര്‍ശിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ജോണ്‍ ഫെയ്സ്ബുക്കിലൂടെയും ട്വിറ്ററിലൂടെയുമായിരുന്നു തന്‍റെ സുഹൃദ്‌ബന്ധങ്ങള്‍ പ്രധാനമായും നിലനിര്‍ത്തിയിരുന്നത്. എന്നാല്‍ പ്രക്ഷോഭത്തെ നിര്‍വ്വീര്യമാക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് സേവനം അവസാനിപ്പിച്ചതോടെ ജോണിന് ഈജിപ്തിലെ സുഹൃത്തുക്കളെ ബന്ധപ്പെടാന്‍ വഴിയില്ലാതെയായി. തുടര്‍ന്ന് ജോണ്‍ സ്കോട്ട് ഈജിപ്തിലുള്ള തന്‍റെ സുഹൃത്തുക്കളെ മൊബൈലില്‍ ബന്ധപ്പെടാന്‍ തുടങ്ങി. അവരുമായുള്ള സംസാരം റെക്കോര്‍ഡ്‌ ചെയ്ത് ട്വിറ്ററിലൂടെ വോയിസ്‌ ട്വിറ്റ് ചെയ്യാന്‍ തുടങ്ങി. Jan25voices എന്ന പേരില്‍ ജോണ്‍ ആരംഭിച്ച വോയിസ്‌ ട്വിറ്റ് ഗ്രൂപ്പിന് ഇതിനകം 6327 ഫോളോവേഴ്സ് ഉണ്ട്. എന്നാല്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ മൊബൈല്‍ ഫോണും ജാം ചെയ്തപ്പോള്‍ ജോണ്‍ സുഹൃത്തുക്കളുടെ വീട്ടിലെ ലാന്‍ഡ്‌ ഫോണിലേക്ക് വിളിക്കാന്‍ തുടങ്ങി. മിക്ക വീടുകളിലും ഫോണ്‍ എടുക്കുന്നത് പ്രായമുള്ള ആളുകളാണെന്നാണ് ജോണ്‍ അല്‍ജസീറയുടെ ലൈവ് ഷോയില്‍ പറഞ്ഞത്. കാരണം സുഹൃത്തുക്കളെല്ലാം തെരുവില്‍ പോരാട്ടത്തിലാണ്. മുതിര്‍ന്നവര്‍ ഫോണിന്‍റെ റിസീവര്‍ പുറത്തേക്ക് നീട്ടിപ്പിടിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ തെരുവില്‍ പോരാളികളുടെ ശബ്ദമുയരുന്നത് ജോണ്‍ കേട്ടു. അത് റിക്കോര്‍ഡ്‌ ചെയ്ത് Jan25voices–ലൂടെ ട്വിറ്റ് ചെയ്യുകയാണ് ജോണിപ്പോള്‍. സര്‍ക്കാരിന്‍റെ എല്ലാ നിയന്ത്രനങ്ങളെയും മാറികടന്ന് തന്‍റെ സുഹൃത്തുക്കളുടെ നാട്ടില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ലോകത്തിനു മുന്‍പില്‍ എത്തിച്ച ജോണ്‍ സ്കോട്ടിനെക്കുറിച്ച്, 'Meet the man tweeting Egypt's voices to the world' എന്ന പേരില്‍ ടൈം മാഗസിന്‍ പ്രത്യേക റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് നല്‍കിയിരുന്നു.

ഏറെ പ്രശസ്തരായ ഗൂഗിളും പ്രത്യേക സംവിധാനങ്ങള്‍ ഒരുക്കി ഈജിപ്തില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള വാര്‍ത്തകള്‍ പുറം ലോകത്തെത്തിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ട്വിറ്ററില്‍ Speak2tweet എന്ന പേരില്‍ പുതിയൊരു അക്കൌണ്ട് ഗൂഗിള്‍ ആരംഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഗൂഗിള്‍ തങ്ങളുടെ വെബ്സൈറ്റില്‍ നല്‍കിയിട്ടുള്ള മൂന്ന് ഇന്‍റര്‍നാഷണല്‍ ഫോണ്‍നമ്പറുകള്‍ ലോകത്തുള്ള ആര്‍ക്കും ശബ്ദസന്ദേശം അയക്കുന്നതിനായി ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. ഇങ്ങനെ അയക്കപ്പെടുന്ന സന്ദേശങ്ങള്‍ യാതൊരു എഡിറ്റിങ്ങും കൂടാതെ Speak2tweet–ലൂടെ പുറം ലോകത്തിനു കേള്‍ക്കാം. ഈജിപ്ഷ്യന്‍ പ്രക്ഷോഭത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് ഈജിപ്തുകാരടക്കം ലോകത്തുള്ള മുഴുവന്‍ ആളുകള്‍ക്കും പങ്കെടുക്കാവുന്ന ഒരു സംവാദമായി Speak2tweet–ലെ ശബ്ദങ്ങള്‍ മാറുകയാണ്.

ഈജിപ്ഷ്യന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഇന്‍റര്‍നെറ്റ് സംവിധാനം തടസ്സപ്പെടുത്തിയപ്പോള്‍ അതിനെ മാറികടക്കാന്‍ ധാരാളം കമ്പനികള്‍ രംഗത്ത് വരികയുണ്ടായി. സ്വതന്ത്രമായ ആശയവിനിമയ അവസരങ്ങള്‍(Free Speach)ക്കു വേണ്ടി നിലകൊള്ളുന്ന French Data Network (FDN)–ഉം (പ്രശസ്തമായ Wikeleaks Project–ല്‍ FDN സാങ്കേതിക സഹായം നല്‍കുകയുണ്ടായി) യൂറോപ്യന്‍ ന്യൂസ് ഏജന്‍സിയായ റലഹരീറശ-ഉം ഈജിപ്തിലെ ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ ഫ്രീ ഡയലപ്പ് കണക്ഷന്‍ സൗകര്യം ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തുകയുണ്ടായി. ഇന്‍റര്‍നെറ്റ് യുഗത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യത്തില്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരുന്ന ഈ സംവിധാനം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഡയല്‍ ചെയ്യാവുന്ന ഒരു ഫോണ്‍ കയ്യിലുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റില്‍ പ്രവേശിക്കാം. ഏറെ പതിയെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന ഈ സംവിധാനത്തില്‍ കേക്കന്റില്‍ 56 കെബി ഡാറ്റ മാത്രമാണ് ഡൌണ്‍ലോഡ്‌ ചെയ്യാനാവുക. ഇക്കാരണത്താല്‍ “56K റവല്യൂഷന്‍” എന്ന്കൂടി അറിയപ്പെടുന്നുണ്ട്.

ഈജിപ്ഷ്യന്‍ വിപ്ലവത്തിന് നിര്‍ണായക വഴിത്തിരിവായ തെഹ്രീര്‍ സ്ക്വയറിലെ പത്തു ലക്ഷം പേരുടെ റാലി നടത്തുന്ന സമയത്ത് 10 സെക്കന്റില്‍ 30,000 മുതല്‍ 40,000 വരെ എന്ന നിരക്കിലായിരുന്നു ട്വിറ്ററില്‍ സന്ദേശങ്ങള്‍ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടത്. പ്രസ്തുത മാര്‍ച്ചില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കാന്‍ കഴിയാതെ പോയ ഓല മുഹമ്മദ്‌, ആയിഷ സാദ് എന്നിവര്‍ മാര്‍ച്ചിനോട് ഐക്യദാര്‍ഡ്യം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് Virtual March എന്ന പേരില്‍ ഒരു ഫെയ്സ്ബുക്ക്‌ പേജ് ഉണ്ടാക്കി. ഫെബ്രവരി 1–ന് നിര്‍മ്മിച്ച ഈ പേജില്‍ ഈ കുറിപ്പ്‌ തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന സമയം വരെ (03-02-2011 2.17pm) 4,48,735 പേര്‍ അംഗങ്ങളായി ചേര്‍ന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്.

പ്രക്ഷോഭം ആരംഭിച്ച് ഒരാഴ്ച്ചക്കകം അല്‍ജസീറയുടെ ഇന്ഗ്ലിഷ് ചാനലിന് ഉണ്ടായ ട്രാഫിക്‌ വര്‍ദ്ധനവ്‌ 200%മാണ്. ഈ 200%ത്തില്‍ 60%വും അമേരിക്കയില്‍ നിന്നാണ് എന്നുള്ളതും ശ്രദ്ധേയമാണ്. അല്‍ജസീറയുടെ ഇംഗ്ലിഷ് ചാനലിന് വേണ്ടി വന്‍ സമ്മര്‍ദ്ദമാണ് അമേരിക്കന്‍ ജനതയില്‍ നിന്ന് അവിടെയുള്ള കേബിള്‍ ഓപ്പറേറ്റര്‍മാര്‍ അനുഭവിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടുകള്‍ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. അമേരിക്കന്‍ പൌരന്‍മാരില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള ഈ സമ്മര്‍ദ്ദം കാരണം അല്‍ജസീറ ഇതിനകം യൂട്യൂബ് ചാനല്‍ ആരംഭിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു. ലൈവ് ടെലികാസ്റ്റിംഗ് നടക്കുന്ന അല്‍ജസീറ യൂട്യൂബ് ചാനല്‍ രണ്ടാഴ്ചക്കകം കാഴ്ച്ചക്കാരുടെ കാര്യത്തില്‍ യൂട്യൂബ് ചാനലുകളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില്‍ ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനം നേടിക്കഴിഞ്ഞു. അല്‍ജസീറയുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക വെബ്സൈറ്റുകളിലുള്ള സന്ദര്‍ശകരുടെ കാര്യം ഇതിന് പുറമെയാണ്. അല്‍ജസീറ തങ്ങളുടെ സൈറ്റില്‍ അപ്പ്.ലോഡ്‌ ചെയ്ത ഈജിപ്ഷ്യന്‍ ദൃശ്യങ്ങള്‍ ഇതിനകം കണ്ടത് 21,33,99,780 പേരാണ്.

ഇന്‍റര്‍നെറ്റ് തടസ്സപ്പെടുത്തി സമരത്തെ നിര്‍വീര്യമാക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുന്ന സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ നടപടിക്കെതിരെ ഇന്‍റര്‍നെറ്റ് ലോകത്തെ പ്രമുഖ ഹാക്കേഴ്സ് 'Anonymous' ഇതിനകം രംഗത്തെത്തിക്കഴിഞ്ഞു. വിക്കിലീക്സിനെതിരെ തിരിഞ്ഞ വിസ, മാസ്റ്റര്‍കാര്‍ഡ്‌ പോലുള്ള ഭീമന്‍ കമ്പനികളുടെ വെബ്സൈറ്റുകള്‍ ആക്രമിച്ച് പ്രശസ്തരായ അനോനിമസ് ('Anonymous') ഈജിപ്ഷ്യന്‍ ജനതയോട്‌ ഐക്യദാര്‍ഡ്യം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു. അറബിയിലും, ഇംഗ്ലീഷിലും തയ്യാറാക്കി ഇന്‍റര്‍നെറ്റില്‍ വിതരണം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടുക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന അവരുടെ നോട്ടീസുകളില്‍ ഈജിപ്ത് സര്‍ക്കാരിന് മുന്നറിയിപ്പ്‌ നല്‍കുന്നുണ്ട്. സ്വതന്ത്രമായി സംസാരിക്കാനും കേള്‍ക്കാനും കൂട്ട് കൂടാനുമുള്ള ഈജിപ്തിലെ ജനങ്ങളുടെ അവകാശം ഹനിച്ച്ചാല്‍ അതിനു കനത്ത വില നല്‍കേണ്ടി വരുമെന്ന് അനോനിമസ്‌ ('Anonymous') ഈജിപ്ത് സര്‍ക്കാരിനെ ഇതിനകം അറിയിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു.

തൂനീഷ്യയില്‍ നടന്ന അധികാരമാറ്റത്തിലും പുതിയ മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ നിര്‍ണ്ണായകമായ പങ്കാണ് വഹിച്ചത്. പോലീസില്‍നിന്നും സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്മാരില്‍നിന്നും ഗവര്‍ണ്ണരില്‍നിന്ന് പോലും അപമാനവും പീഡനവും അനുഭവിക്കേണ്ടി വന്ന ബിരുദ്ധധാരിയും തൊഴില്‍ രഹിതനുമായ തൂനീഷ്യന്‍ യുവാവ് മുഹമ്മദ്‌ ബവാസീസിയുടെ ആത്മഹത്യയാണ് തൂനീഷ്യന്‍ വിപ്ലവത്തിലേക്ക് നയിച്ചത്. ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുന്‍പ്‌ ഉമ്മയെ അഭിസംബോധന ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ട് ബവാസീസി ഫെയ്സ്ബുക്കിലെഴുതിയ വികാരനിര്‍ഭരമായ കുറിപ്പ്‌ വലിയൊരു വിപ്ലവത്തിന് വഴിയോരുക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. തൂനീഷ്യന്‍ വിപ്ലവം ആരംഭിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം അതിനെ വികസിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനായി ഫെയ്സ്ബുക്കും ട്വിറ്ററും ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്തുകയായിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍, ഈജിപ്തില്‍ വിപ്ലവത്തിന്‍റെ മുന്നൊരുക്കങ്ങളും പടര്‍ന്ന് പിടിക്കലും നടന്നത് തന്നെ ഈ പുതിയ മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ചുകൊണ്ടായിരുന്നു. തൂനിശ്യയില്‍ സംഭവിച്ചത് പോലെ 12 –ഓളം പേര്‍ ഈജിപ്തിലും ആത്മഹത്യക്ക് ശ്രമിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി, എന്നാല്‍ അതൊന്നും ജനങ്ങളെ തെരുവിളിരക്കുന്നതിന് പര്യാപ്തമായിരുന്നില്ല. എന്നാല്‍ ഏപ്രില്‍ 6 യൂത്ത് മൂവേമെന്‍റ് തങ്ങളുടെ ഫെയ്സ്ബുക്ക്‌ പേജില്‍ ജനുവരി 25–ന് പ്രതിഷേധ ദിനത്തിന് ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്തപ്പോള്‍ അത് പതിയെ പതിയെ പടര്‍ന്ന് പിടിച്ച് വലിയൊരു പോരാട്ടമായി മാറുകയായിരുന്നു.

ഔദ്യോഗിക മാധ്യമ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനത്തെ (Official Journalism) പൗര മാധ്യമ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനം (Citizen Journalism) മറികടക്കുന്ന കാഴ്ചയാണ് നാം ഇപ്പോള്‍ ഈജിപ്തില്‍ കാണുന്നത്. അധികാരത്തിന്‍റെ നിയന്ത്രണമുള്ളത്കൊണ്ട് അതിനെ പ്രീതിപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന വാര്‍ത്തകളെ ഔദ്യോഗിക സംവിധാനങ്ങളിലൂടെ പുറത്തുവരൂ. അധികാരത്തിന്‍റെ താല്‍പ്പര്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കനുസരിച്ച് വാര്‍ത്തകള്‍ നിര്‍മ്മിക്കുകയും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്യുക എന്ന ജോലിയാണ് ഈ സംവിധാനം നിര്‍വഹിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇത്തരം പരിമിതികളില്‍നിന്ന് മുക്തമാണ് പൗര മാധ്യമ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനം. ആധുനിക വിവര സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യയുടെ പിന്‍ബലത്തില്‍ തികച്ചും അനൌദ്യോഗികമായി പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന പൗര മാധ്യമ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനം ഔദ്യോഗിക മാധ്യമ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനത്തെ അപ്രസ്ക്തമാക്കുകയും റദ്ദ്‌ ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന കാഴ്ചയാണ് നാം ഈജിപ്തില്‍ കാണുന്നത്. ബീബീസിയും സീഎന്‍എന്നും അടക്കമുള്ള ഔദ്യോഗിക മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് കള്ളം പറയാന്‍ കഴിയാത്ത വിധം കാഴ്ചകള്‍ക്കും വാര്‍ത്തകള്‍ക്കും തെളിച്ചമുണ്ടാക്കി പൗരമാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ മുന്നേറുകയാണ്.

ജനപക്ഷത്തുനിന്നുള്ള എല്ലാ മുന്നേറ്റങ്ങളെയും അടിച്ചമര്‍ത്താന്‍ അധികാരം എക്കാലത്തും ശ്രമിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്നാല്‍ തുനീഷ്യയില്‍ നിന്ന് തുടങ്ങി ഈജിപ്തിലൂടെ പടരുന്ന ഈ വിപ്ലവം അധികാരത്തിനു കൈവെക്കാന്‍ കഴിയാത്ത വിധം അയഥാര്‍ത്ഥ(Virtual)മാണെന്നതാണ് കാര്യം. ഏപ്രില്‍ 6 യൂത്ത്‌ മൂവ്മെന്‍റ് ഒരു സംഘടനയല്ല; അതിനാല്‍ തന്നെ സര്‍ക്കാരിന് ഇതിനെ നിരോധിക്കാനാവില്ല! ഈ കൂട്ടായ്മയ്ക്ക് നേതൃത്വമില്ലാത്തതിനാല്‍ അവരെ അറസ്റ്റ്‌ ചെയ്യാനോ ഒഫീസില്ലാത്തതിനാല്‍ റെയ്ഡ്‌ നടത്താനോ കഴിയില്ല!! അയഥാര്‍ത്ഥമായ ഒരു ലോകത്ത്‌ നടക്കുന്ന പടയോരുക്കത്തെ എങ്ങനെ, എവിടെ പ്രതിരോധിക്കണമെന്ന് പിടികിട്ടാതെ ഒരു ഏകാധിപത്യ ഭരണകൂടം പതറി നില്‍ക്കുമ്പോള്‍ പുതിയ മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ നിര്‍മ്മിക്കുന്ന പുതിയ ലോകത്തിലെ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്‍റെ സാധ്യതകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് നാം കാര്യമായി ആലോചിക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.

I'm at a very difficult juncture of life where for me to live i have to choose, not between 2 or 10 or 100! But from infinite.I have to choose whats next! I have to choose to learn or to work; to work while learning or learn at work; to learn then work or to work then learn; to go by what dad said or by what friend said; to follow billgates(dropout) or to follow Larry Page(Google founder). This list is exhausting! Peer pressure is unbearable! When I read philosophers writing that the biggest problem of future will be of choice, I used to laugh at them and now life laughs at me. The line of clarity have been crossed and chaos of choice is every where! 'Road Not Taken' was written by Robert Frost when he had to choose from two roads! What should I write when i stand clueless before many?

My bachelor degree is over, friends are all gone into hiding, and all I know of them is their facebook status and twitter updates now and then! The choice is mine to make, they might have already chosen or might have already got into the unstoppable flow of man-made blunders; Careerism, Scope and Payscale might have froze their true being and choosed for them.

Like all, i won't fall for cowardice of being looked upon as strange, for choosing to be different. And here i take these oath:

My life won't be decided upon.
I'll 'Earn' while 'Living' and will not 'Live' while 'Earning'.
I won't let what others think, decide for me!
My mistakes are for me to make and learn from!

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
many roads diverged into a concrete world, and I --
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.That has made 'ME'

Friendship and Loss

A Father’s Dream, from his Eldest Son.

Ya it’s about me and my dad. But I think it’s similar for all of you who are the eldest to your dad and the earnest too…

My dad has been abroad in K.S.A for last few decades. Half of his youth and the lions-share of his whole life itself were there. Away from his native, in that desert with wild climate he worked and his only concern was his family. 6 Children and his beloved wife was his universe and their prosperity his primary concern. At first my dad lived with all of us there in the kingdom… and thank god was happy to be together. As usual time played the tricks and things changed. His children grew and had to leave for education. And so did the family left back to native. In the city build on desert with wild climate my dad lived no… strived! For his ‘six’ and the beloved wife! His children his greatest treasure is now learning at different grades; which he is seeing with great dreams, great expectation! And among them is I the humble.

Though second child from top I’m the eldest Son and so the Second in Command! And me a college student. Each time I face an exam dad calls me and inspires me, but I seemed to look as if I’m aspired for something else. Each results though were in average, where far below my dad’s dreams. I feel he was not wrong to dream as I never have strived for any exams I faced.

So now here I stay in middle of my so called life at the point where my dad actually took the responsibility of his whole family, mom, brothers and sisters! Now at this point, my dad’s dream echoes in my mind… it haunts me and forces me to accept with shame that I’m nowhere near my dad when he was at my age. Now at this point of time look at me still standing high forgetting that the sand below me is solid only because of my dad’s support. He still is there in that Kingdom so called as Saudi Arabia, no rest, no pause working for his Six and the beloved.

When is this Son of his going to take the responsibility and Say, “Dad now you rest and watch your children prosper and let me do the task of supporting.”

Now I shall remember in my each step, each breathe and sigh… that there in the Kingdom there is a noble man… my dad, striving for me and all! That it’s me and me alone who holds the key for him to come back to his native and live with his six and the beloved! And God Willing; I shall make that happen.

17 Nov of 1988 won’t have anything to do with you; but for me that day was important, because I landed on earth that day! I don’t remember anything of that moment (of course no one would!). But one thing I know, from then to the age of 16 I have known no pain nor did I think of life seriously (thanks to my dad and mom! For the no pain part!). Then things changed, I started understanding life…not the whole life…philosophically speaking; I thought like some Greek philosophers. What am I doing here?!! Who holds the remote control of my life?!! And the questions came like the bullets from an AK47 on trigger! And it drove me through a few 100 books and there I was changed! Never in my life have I felt emptiness after that. Don’t know if I was a good writer but I wrote, don’t know if I was a good speaker but I have spoken to different crowds…I have lead many but can’t say if I was a good leader!!! Those were the times I thought of almost all disciplines of this planet earth! I researched on Darwinism and compiled it! I wrote about death, education, dream, new world order and so it went… I started reading about people who changed the world and some time some fictions and once I even read about emotional intelligence!!! I’m trying to explain that how crazy I was going…Then it was time to leave school…the place from where I met the transition! I hoped I could stay but had no choice! From here is the starting of a black chapter in my life…or put it as a change I didn’t anticipate.

I choose to take my higher studies in Business Management and I found a college in Bangalore. But things changed… I started feeling empty… as if I had nothing to think or write! It may be a coincidence but I’m again writing and this day will only come in another four year; today is 29 February 2008. And here I’m again writing. I don’t know how the whole thing looks but I’m in quest of a meaning for my life…I have to go back to normal for good sleep; for a good thought to nourish so that I can again lead, write and speak like never before!

Smart business strategy; worth supporting!

"i'm making a difference" is a new business strategy from Microsoft for help it's instant messenger MSN messenger to survive in the internet. The emergence of many new IM's and Gmail's entry to this field with gtalk all started making 'Msn Messenger' loose it's long enjoyed popularity. I'm not saying msn lost its popularity; but people started to move to other IM's. This was the case with Yahoo's IM too. At first Yahoo and MSN joined hand by making it possible to chat in between Yahoo IM and Msn IM. But the joined effort didn't bring much result. So Microsoft has come with a very effective business strategy which will serve them in multiple purpose. Now if you chat in Msn Messenger a part of the revenue from ads are directed towards charity to different causes. And Microsoft is communicating to the people in a way that it's they who are making difference. Pretty well; its true! This will help Microsoft a good reason to tell people why they should use Msn Messenger as people find this more reasonable than any services that other IM's may be showing.

It's a fact that it's not charity what Microsoft wants; it's survival of it's IM and goodwill infront of the netizens. And they have won in their task. What ever be their aim i feel there is enough reason for supporting this initiative. We all chat a lot in our life, if it can be directed to raise revenue why hesitate? This will give another meaning and reason for our chatting. Each word we type will start bestowing mercy on the downtrodden and suffering. When I type this Microsoft has already succeeded in raising $96,624.67 . If we all take care to direct our chat in this channel we can make a revolution without any sacrifice and effort. As far as we are concerned chatting in MSN or Yahoo; or let it be gtalk makes no difference. But at the other end there many reasons and a lot more soul waiting for aid.

I won't advice you to chat all your precious time but you could atleast use MSN when you chat. It's not very easy as changing our cloth; it like changing our P.C; a lot of contacts and stuffs to transport with you. Myself I'm in the process; i would be happy if you join. It's not because you or Microsoft gains; its because the uncared gets care; the starving gets food; the thirsty gets water; the needy gets aid and the suffering millions gets a bit mercy; all b'cos of a business strategy for survival...

Mobs of Boobasandra!
a tale of a malayalee mob

At College days where all going well until one day the seniors ... the day seniors showed in! Not all of them...it only the 'MALLUS' (malayalees; from kerala). The ones who should help their people made for them hell in Boobasandra..at first it was not for me a trouble; cos i lived a little far from there...My friend who dwelled there in Boobasandra where taken to their room and ragged Dirtily! But soon i was also caught... i didn't obey anything they said nor did some of my friends too; cos i had my cousin brother in Bangalore and his friends before him this guys wont stand well. My disobedience sparked anger and they challenged me for the next day... the boys who where ragged dirtily mentioned their experience to some locals a little out from boobasandra and thing changed drastically...at one night a few GUYS came in a Jeep or Car I'm not sure and smashed this senior or better say clashed with them and warned them against touching or playing with us!

Then we again faced our seniors they told us towish them when we see them but didn't go any far! But this is not the end of the story; but just the starting! They might have something in their mind have to wait and see!

Alas I have colored it!

I have been for long trying to convert black and white photos to color. Its actually like giving life to history. I have alas made through. Look at the photos here, i took it into Photoshop cs3 and colored it.
Ya I know! You are interested learn and it's because of that I'm writing this here. Let me explain;

1. Open a black and white photo. (It's recomended that you use big portraits as its difficult work with small pics).
2. Add a blank layer and rename it to face.
3. Set its blending mode to multiply.
4. Select a natural color; I mean something that is similar to skin.
5. Select the brush tool and start painting the face and other skin parts.
(As the layers blending mode is set to multiply; the skins color only changes; the curves and shadows remain.)

Tip: Leave the Hair, Lips, eye etc... which will deal with later.

6. Now select the lips with water tool that may be comfortable for you.(Pen tool recommended.)
7. Copy the lips and paste it into a new layer named lips and select it. After that press Ctrl+U and mark colorise check box. Set the hue, lighten and saturation level to your satisfaction. Try to leave the lip little dark and we can adjust that by decreasing the opacity of the lips layer to our liking.
8. Now select the eyeball with any tool of your liking; copy; and paste to a new layer. Press Ctrl+U and colorise it to the desired level.Green will look cool.
9. Now select a light brown color (it's your choice to opt what you desire) and select the brush tool.
10.Create a new layer; set blending mode to multiply and brush the hair carefully.

Tip: The Hair layer should be above the face layer.

Now start cleaning off marks if you have made out of face or hair and do the final touching. If you want to color the clothes simply use the same colorising technique or brushing your way through. Hope this technique worked well for you too.

But ignoring this all the politicians were playing politricks to use this as an opportunity to make some political gains. In this game of politicians one of the most respected man on earth A.P.J Abdul Kalam was humiliated by calling him greedy for power and was told to step down.
There is one question; a reasonable one asked by those who backs Kalam. What is the Qualification of Prathiba Patel; a good old politician? What are her contribution to this nation? Take the case of Kalam; he sacrificed his whole life for India and its development. He is one among the great personalities who helped India to become a self sufficient Nation. Why take the case of other presidents. Dr.Rajendra Prasad,the first president of India; he was the president of the drafting community of our constitution more over a freedom fighter!
Now take the case of Dr.Radakrishnan Second president of India; he was the first scholar of importance to provide a comprehensive exegesis of India's religious and philosophical literature to English speaking peoples. Same was the case of K.R Narayanan;the one called as 'the best diplomat of India' by Nehru. All the last presidents were greatly honored personalities but time it makes all of sad. Politics have again taken evil shapes. I'm not dishonoring Prathiba Patel but i'm trying to say that there were a 1000 better candidates.

We live in a single world but all live in their own world we say. No one have time here, all are always engaged in one or the other activities. If we go deeper in enquiring for what are these people engaged in different activities, one is the answer for all, “MONEY, yes! It’s for money they are striving hard. But why this much money? For what if 75 yrs is the average lifespan of man here. Why if it’s no use to him? This is a question which many ancient and contemporary thinkers have asked in a single voice. This question seems very much meaningful and of use to the mankind.

Why is he hungry for money even after he has got enough for him to live well here until death? The answer you get if you use your brain properly is that man has willingly forgotten the fact that he will have to die one day. He is not denying the fact because he can’t, seeing it in front of him daily. It’s right that you can see people denying existence of God but it’s very hard to find people denying death. They are not denying it but are willingly forgetting this. And this act of them makes them think that they will exist forever and in return make them hungry for money and comfort of this world which only for a very short term. But this has been proved foolish through out the history. Emperor Alexander conquered almost the whole world but atlas as everyone he died and was moved to a small piece of land. Surely all his conquest for which he lived meant nothing for after that then for what did he waste his time for? This question can be asked to the present mankind also who is competiting for money and possessions through out their life until death. Surely even if you conquer the sky and the earth or even if you conquered the mighty hills and mountains for you after death is a small piece of land in tiny corner of the earth. All your conquest will mean nothing to you but a waste of time.

Why don’t man think that all the people who lived here a 100 year before don’t exist here alive today in the same way we will also leave here in a 100 year. We cannot live forever. One day you will also die and will become history.

Other thing that man has mistaken is that he will all die after he become old. This is a very wrong way of seeing death. As we are seeing many dieing young. You might too die when you might have never thought you would die. You might die in a car accident or may be in a plane crash. There is chance for you to die if any of veins in your brain burst which is very common and need no particular reason. You may also die due to any natural disaster like earthquake or tsunami which comes without any warning. Millions are dieing due to all these as it comes without any warning. People who died in these where people who ate food and drank water like you. They were people who had their own engagements and plans for the coming days. They too had no thought of death until then as you. They too had read news about natural disasters around the world but never expected one there which took them. Now you too are reading news of disasters and are not expecting one here. But can it mean no disasters will come to you and you will only die old. It is just an optimist way of thinking that’s all. But the fact still remains untouched. It is you who is being deceived by your own optimistic thinking.

So death it will come when it comes and cannot be avoided when it comes. And thinking it will only come when you are old is utter foolishness. And mans hunger for money and wealth is a waste of time. And also remember that people or writings reminding of death are rare and this may be the last you read.

The Need of Value Education

The above headline from a popular news paper is in fact showing the standard and value our students bear and more over it is a manifestation to the condition of our future citizens. When values are missing at places supposed to be its source is indeed critical and point out to the need of a renovation. Here the system to be changed is the modern system of education.

The first thing to be analyzed is the meaning of education, it doesn’t mean mere filling up of knowledge but as Gandhi told it should be an all round development. Medicines cures and that’s its value and if this quality is lost, medicine is also useless. So education meant for refining the human beast to a civilized man should have its essential value so that the process takes place.

Modern-day education can definitely bring out so called educated Engineers and Educated doctors in various fields but it will be doctors who steal the kidneys of his patients and professionals dishonest to think of human values. Those educated through the present-day education system will lack the very essence of morality, humanity and honesty itself.

This is because the present-day education taught them to write but never told them writing bad things is immoral. It taught them science but never forbade them from its malpractice. Each subject has been taught in this manner, in a single dimension. And as a result of this irrational way doctors lacking humanity and kindness are born. Career and profit oriented professionals are made. The apprentices of the present day education are seen addicted to time killing entertainments like movies and games. They are not at all ready to think or read. This is really inhibiting their thoughts. Students of present-day education system are seen involved in immoral activities such as smoking and use of drugs. Studies and statistics on the drug addicted students of today are really shocking

It’s at this point where the need of value education proves a must for the very existence of human being in this world in peace and harmony. The world is pleading for value education because it’s this very thing that fuels the basic process of conversion of human beast to cultured Human being.

Now the world is caught in the hands of misfortune. Now only value based education can save. Lets work, Pray and Hope for a tomorrow of value education which will force our youth to throw off the TV remotes and cola cans and make them think and grow to the zeniths of triumph.

Darwin’s hypothesis; what the world had to pay…

1859, Darwin an amateur biologist laid the foundation for the revolutionary theory of evolution. This strange theory truly became revolutionary by challenging all the religious institution which then existed. Darwin’s theory became more thrilling than any science fiction that existed at that time by explaining to the world that they themselves, the frogs in their pond and the pet dogs they had were all born from a common ancestor or in another words it meant that they all were the grand children of the same parents. Though strange enough not to be true the theory was titled true and accepted by science then, as there was nothing to challenge the evidences set forward by Darwin. Can’t help without saying that Darwin was a man awfully lucky because the level of science during then was very feeble to prove him wrong. The regulation of genetics, microbiology and biochemistry was not there when Darwin came up with this strange hypothesis. It may be this absence, which limited Darwin from recognizing his theory wholly unscientific. If it were there, may be Darwin could have known that it was impossible for natural selection to produce new species by altering genes as the information determining species already existed in genes.

But the fortune didn’t go long; the discovery by Gregor Mendel in 1865 regarding the laws of inheritance though late led to the foundation of a new branch in science ‘the genetics’ (recognized only in 1900s). Before long the structures of genes and chromosomes were revealed. And in 1950s, DNA molecule which integrates genetic information was discovered thereby bringing great crisis to the theory of evolution. It was clear that the origin of immense amount of information in DNA could not possibly be explained by accidental happening.

In addition to these scientific progressions, the transitional forms which Darwin said would show the gradual evolution of living organism from the most primitive to the modern human being where seen nowhere even after years of exploration. The theory claimed that evolution took place gradually, over millions of years. If the claim is treated true, it’s pointing to the fact that gruesome living organisms called ‘transitional forms’ lived here. As the evolutionists is saying that the entire living organism present on the earth evolved from a common ancestor step by step, the number of so called transitional organisms is to be millions in number and variety. For example, the evolutionists are claiming that man and modern apes have common ancestor, then no doubt the number of transitional forms in between them will be more than their count and varieties. It would even be greater than the number of animal species living today and their fossils should have been unearthed abundantly.

But this is not the case, now where on land or in the depths of sea has any fossil yet been found. This is a shocking beat for the evolutionists. Darwin himself has admitted to this fact in his book ‘The Origin of Species’, writing:

“Why if species have descended from other species by fine gradation, do we not everywhere see innumerable transitional form? Why is not all nature in confusion, instead of the species being, as we see them, well defined?... But, as by this theory innumerable transitional forms must have existed, why do we not find them embedded in countless numbers in the crust of the earth?... But in the intermediate region, having conditions of life, why do we not find closely-linking intermediate varieties? This difficulty for a long time quite confounded me.”

Darwin might have thought that it would be unearthed in future. One of the famous British paleontologists, Derek V. Ager in the book ”The Nature of the Fossil Records” said that the fossil were not showing gradual evolution but were genuinely showing sudden explosion of one group at the expense of another. So there does not remain any scientific base for this strange hypothesis.

All these were more than enough to prove the theory unscientific and an invention rather than a discovery, but nothing of that sought happened. Instead the world witnessed certain circles insisting on revising, renewing and elevating the theory to a scientific platform. These endeavors could only be clarified when we realize the interests and intentions of some ideologies rather than scientific concerns.

If you look through the pages of history irrespective of any prejudice and with your minds clear you would unquestionably find some circles, which were badly in need of this theory as it was the lifeblood of their ideologies. And if you were to prepare a catalog of these ideologies, nihilism and humanism will be those which your pen inscribes first.

It wouldn’t matter summing up all these under a common title ‘the materialist ideologies’ because they are almost same though one have a little consideration for values. It’s important that you know them at least the least. If you take nihilism, it simply alleged that ‘God is dead‘or in other words questioned the existence of a super natural power which people called GOD. It argued that religion was the origin of all the quandaries and said that only its decline would let the world to road of progression. And it didn’t hesitate to say that values where useless. It astonishingly believed that Hitler who killed millions of innocent people and mother Teresa who gave life for millions people where not different, they said both will die and there was no difference to be found other than that they both lived differently. It’s important to note that it’s nihilism that inspired Hitler; this is clearly reflected in his autobiography “My Struggle”. In the book he is echoing the same what nihilists argued that ‘the religion was the sole reason for all quandaries’. On the other hand humanism as mentioned is not poles apart it is giving room for values but have no appropriate explanation to establish the same. So it’s an unquestionable fact that these material ideologies have done much cruelty to this world and they are trying to survive by feeding Darwinism so that it may not die.

Theory of evolution, after this was revised and renewed several times. The world saw a long listing of revised theories which includes neo-Darwinism and synthetic theory. Neo-Darwinism was the first new model that introduced to the world. This theory proposed that species where evolved due to mutation, minor changes in genes, and the fittest ones survived through the mechanism so called natural selection. But it too didn’t last long it was proved that the proposal of neo-Darwinism was illogical and that minor changes were not sufficient for the formation of new living beings. Then they came with another theory ‘punctuated equilibrium’ which we can say might have narrowed the variation between a writer and scientist, because both were weaving great stories never told before. This theory didn’t rest on any rational or scientific ground. The model claimed that the living beings suddenly evolved into another species without any transitional form. That is species without any evolutionary “ancestors” suddenly appeared. This though the evolutionist won’t admit is really creation, and paving way for chance of a creator. They for a moment even explained that the first bird in the history could all of a sudden inexplicably have popped out of a reptile egg. Any one can make up theory if the rules of genetics, biophysics and biochemistry are not to be followed. To those who read this theory won’t be much distinct from R.L Stines novels, in one of his book he has wrote a story of a boy changing to wolf on full moon nights. May be days will come when children will be told science as their bedtime stories so that they sleep soundly.

The propose behind this theory, challenging all the fairy tales is clear, it is for explaining the gaps in fossil record that the former theories failed to explain. But it’s not rational to believe this strange explanation when the evolutionist themselves admit the need of a great and advantageous change in the genetic information for the evolution of a new species. The theory was honored despite the fact that it was the creation of mere imagination. If evolution is true why there is no half bird-half reptile or half fish-half reptile freaks yet found, even after thousands and thousand fossils have been unearthed. If show any organism of today the same in fossils dating millions of years the explanation would be that no evolution has took place in that particular organism. What is the meaning of all this? Why is this wrong theory again being taught in our schools? Why???

If this theory had scientific foundation, what was the need for evolution forgeries that we see marked in the pages of history. Some of the evolutionists in order find evidence tried to fabricate false fossils, but was caught red handed. The two most notorious attempts were the making of Piltdown man and the Nebraska Man.

Piltdown man was the creation of one of the well-known doctor and amateur paleoanthropologist Charles Dawson in 1912 at England. It was claimed that it was 500 thousand years old and was shown as the absolute evidence for human evolution. For 40 years many scientific articles came out on the issue. But this too didn’t last long scientists in 1949 while examining the fossil revealed the shocking truth of a deliberate forgery. The fossil actual was made up of human skull and the jaw bone of an orangutan.

Using the fluorine dating method, investigators discovered that the skull was only a few thousand years old. In 1953 Oakley, Weiner and Clark revealed the forgery to public. They found that the skull belonged to a 500-year-old man and the mandibular bone belonged to a recently deceased ape. There were more evidences.

This was the case of the Nebraska man also. Only a tooth was found and they claimed that it showed both the characteristic of man and ape. From this single tooth whole the body of Nebraska man was drawn. But this ended up on 1927, when rest of the part of the same fossil was uncovered. It was understood that this neither belonged to the man nor was it belonging to any ape. It was the remain of an extinct species of wild American pig called Prosthennops.

All this is speaking the truth there is no scientific base for this theory, if it was there, the need of a fabricated evidence for the theory won’t have raised.

This no doubt is pointing to the failure of those who consider human values. Here those winning are those who weigh Hitler and mother Teresa the same, those for whom values are worthless.

For those who keep their eyes open could easily realize that a intellectual struggle is going on, not now but since the dawn of history. On one side people are speaking of a God and the values set by him while on the other side is a satanic ideology that deny the very existence of God and his values, an ideology moving people away from God and his values to amorality and wickedness. The philosophical struggle is in-between the ones who value human values and the materialistic Darwinist mindset that forms the basis of all atheistic ideologies. Violence and struggle won’t serve as a solution here, because this can only be overthrown by showing to the world that it isn’t actually the truth.

To tell the world the Truth is not a easy task when all the major Medias are in the hands influenced or brainwashed or controlled by the materialistic ideologies and for us in the intellectual struggle is a real hard time. The greatest hinder leading to violence is that most of the people are misinformed that Darwinism is based on strong scientific foundation. This is mainly because the people who don’t know the real world has misread that the reason for Darwinism to survive about two centuries is due to its unshakable foundation. They had failed in seeing the past efforts and intense fraud of atheists in its survival.

This hypothesis has no support of science other than it’s refute. But the reason why this theory has been kept at the zenith by the materialist scientists of today, even when it is unscientific is because of ideological reasons. It’s for providing foundation for atheism and materialism.

Darwinism has given no virtue to humankind. It by growing the materialistic ideologies murdered the human values. It gave birth to people like Hitler who killed millions without sparing a bit of mercy. It taught the world that Hitler was no different from mother Teresa. It opened the door for all violence. It taught the world that there was no meaning in doing virtue because all will surely die, and virtue would finally be meaningless. It deceived the world by declaring that religions and values were the sole factors inhibiting development. If allowed to grow it would grow to the pinnacle of the heaven, but it would be for the making of new Hitlers and criminals. It would bury human values and peace. It would make the gas chambers common. It would create a world where man is no different from beast, but a decree more in brutality.
That chilling through our spines is the thirst of revolution against the brutality of the evolutionary theory which is not more than a myth. Our children, the generation of tomorrow all have to be rescued. Our schools syllabus has to be revised, or it too will spill the poison of Darwinism in the growing minds.

All those who value human values and those who are fed up all the violence of today’s world, Prepare! For the intellectual war, for you are the soldiers in this philosophical battle and its triumph means peace and it’s failure spells nothing more than total destruction!!!

Is it really life or is it all a trance….???

It’s all over now, I have completed my studies in engineering and I have been chosen for a job abroad in Switzerland as a computer engineer and I will have to join there in less than a week…but before that I have to go home. I have not let those at home know this news… they will be very pleased to know but I’ll tell them after I reach home from the university…let it be a surprise, it have been a long time after I have seen them and now I’m going to see them and this time with a good news that ‘I have been selected…’.I reached home after 7 hours of exhausting ride… there I saw all waiting impatiently for me, I kissed mothers forehead and gave dad a warm hug… I could see all my close friends and loved once there…my eyes overflowed with tears and I could feel it running down through my cheek, I quickly swept my face so that no one sees…and now! I thought, it was the time to let them all know the good news, the news that I have been selected…but suddenly a voice startled me “Hello, wake up man! You will be late for your exam”

I thought what nonsense I was hearing, for a while I couldn’t grasp a thing … there seemed a incomprehensive variance between what I saw and heard…suddenly I opened my eyes and found myself in my room at the hostel, the fact that it was all a dream dazed me greatly…I couldn’t keep myself from expressing the astonishment to my friend who woke me up from the dream “I was with my mother and dad…to get there I rode more than 7 hours…I really felt the warmth of my mothers body… see my eyes it’s still wet with tears…I saw all my old friends there…I even had a yummy supper with them, they all were very happy seeing me home after a long period…”

The hug which I gave my dad and the kiss I gave my mother and the seven hours of exhausting journey all were actually mere dream of a few second or minutes. Though in dream what I experienced was not anything different from my valid life.

This made me revise my views on this world…because it took some one to wake me to understand that all I saw and experienced were nothing but plain dream… it was only after my friend woke me I could realize that the supper I had with my father and the kiss I gave my mother were all delusion…so how could I be so sure that I’m living, why couldn’t it be a dream that I’m in…how could I be so sure that I wont be awoken from this what we call life.

Moreover I found a verse in the Holy Qur’an, a verse which meant something similar to this

“He will say:” What number of years did you stay on earth?” They will say: “We stayed

a day or apart of a day: but ask those who keep account.” He will say: “You stayed not

But a little, if you had only known!” ”

(Surah-al-Mu’minun: 112-114)

“Thought” and “comprehension” are unique traits of man; without this man lacks his most distinctive quality. If this lacks it could makes him lower than beasts. So those who have not lost these qualities are likely to think over this vital subject and no doubt it will help you a lot and bring you to a legitimacy that will rescue you from all the material and eternal evil. The question that still remains unanswered is; whether we are living or are we just dreaming..???

Education meant for guiding students is now, drawing narrow tracks for them to take. For a student weak in chemistry, a degree in physics can’t be denied. This system of education is baseless from its root itself. This is the system which prevented Ramanujan the great mathematician from having a degree in Mathematics, simply because he knew less English.

Students were born free, leave them free. Sure they need guidance and yes! Guidance abiding by certain benchmarks; but never a narrow road to take. Let them think their thought, not what they were taught. We don’t need a generation who thinks, speaks and visualizes every thing, the same way. We want a different world where everything is unique. Where everything have new meaning, new life.
